With Gift Aid, your donation of any amount will be worth 25% more at no extra cost to you.

The Forgiveness Project reclaims 25p for every £1 you donate from the tax you pay for the current tax year. You must be a UK taxpayer and understand that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the current tax year than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all of your donations across all Charities, it is your responsibility to pay any difference.   1. The following terms and conditions refer to all purchases made from our Online Shop which is hosted on our site using the WooCommerce e-commerce platform.
  2. All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. All delivery costs are indicated at checkout.
  3. We accept all major debit and credit cards and payments via PayPal.
  4. Once you have ordered products on our website from our Online Shop, we will email you a receipt of your order..
  5. We are only able to sell and ship physical products within the UK. For book deliveries outside of the UK, please visit blackwells.co.uk. Online events and trainings are available anywhere in the world.
  6. If you have ordered a product which needs to be posted to you, we will send you an email confirming when it is on its way to you. We aim to dispatch all products within 3-4 working days of your order. All goods are delivered by Royal Mail using their standard delivery service.
  7. If you have purchased an online training or workshop, you will receive a receipt of your order and a further email confirming details of the training or workshop.
  8. Please note that our small charity is unable to provide refunds on books, event tickets and online resources such as our Creative Writing Workshop and on-demand videos. If you would like us to consider a refund for our Shame-Informed online training, please contact us at info@theforgivenessproject.com and include your name, date of purchase, and details of your dissatisfaction. A member of our team will respond as soon as possible.
